A usability study was created and preformed for The Spinners on the Green website. The textbook for the class provided a clear and easy to use framework guiding me through the process of creating the usability test. 

Thus, the test reflects the book’s outline with minor alterations according to the website used in the study as well as the audience being tested. 

While conducting the test, a computer and wireless mouse were used by the tester and a smartphone was used to record their observations by the administrator. 

This UX Strategy Report required students to learn about Jesse James Garrett’s five planes of good UX design and apply them. I chose to focus on how each plane benefits a well-designed and easy to understand phone application. 

Figma.com, an online based technology was used to create an example of what the app looks like. The phone app Rx Companion was a concept I invented to I display these UX design strategies.

I believe that through these planes, my concept could solve a lot of problems encountered in my day job, as a Pharmacy Technician. This well-designed app could help both old and young people take back control of their healthcare. Read the report to find out how.

The Augusta Ranch Golf Club provides a unique experience to their customers and its website should reflect that. Specifically, this portfolio piece is a redesign of visual and textual UX elements for the Augusta Ranch Golf Club Tee Off Time Reservation website. 

Research was conducted about the company, what it wants, and how the user may interact with the current version of its site. A Voice Chart was created to identify the company's consistent appearance, voice, and message for its specific target audience.

A plan was created to edit the existing site which extenuated the company's voice. Finally, the plan was executed by using figma.com to create the final design.
